The Sri Lankan Navy arrested 19 fishermen from Tamil Nadu in the wee hours of Thursday for crossing the International Maritime Border Line (IMBl) and poaching in Sri Lankan waters.The fishermen were arrested from the deep sea near Neduntheevu .
