Engineer and shes been with bart for over 30 years has come into this role as being our assistant general manager for operations and engineering. We now participate with the International Systems supply association, issa, which is an International Maintenance and cleaning association that im sure city hall belongs to, the empire state belongs to. So now we have two Certification Programs that we have for our custodians and they love it.
