The city council has approved an agreement, will have the tails when theyre released in just a few minutes from now. But it held a closed door meeting this morning to review and vote on the conceptual terms of an agreement reached yesterday between the city and two labor unions. A three day strike was temporarily put on hold pending the outcome of the councils decision on the terms. Now, the workers have been working without a contract since the end of june.
