Unless you have a special circumstance, you have to wait until the november enrollment time for january 2015 coverage. A lot of exceptions. If you are in a special situation, if you have coverage now but you lose it between now and the end of the year, if, for example, you are with an employersponsored plan, you lose your job and you lose the coverage, you can go to these exchanges.
