The King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence participated in the International Human Fraternity Virtual Summit held under the patronage of the UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.
Centre trustees board chairman Dr Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa represented Bahrain.
In his inaugural speech, Shaikh Khalid affirmed that the leaders of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE have drawn up the most wonderful examples of tolerance and peaceful coexistence. He noted that their historical efforts bear witness to the greatest characteristic of benevolence for the other .
