For non-violent drug crimes. they are not the best faces for sentencing reform. i think of three groups in the insurrection. the maga tourist who is illegally entered the capitol but they didn t wild out once they were there. then there are instigators and organizers and lead who are have more culpability. they should suffer more se severe consequences. that does include qanon but also some republican congressmen and the people who planned and financed the insur recollection should get the most time and there s the former president of the united states. i don t think trump necessarily has to be charged with treason or sedition but it s a crime to incite a riot and he committed that crime on national television. every day least not held accountable, it s an insult to equal justice under the law.
