Ismaila Ali Horoya, said the NPP administration only used the creation of the Zongo Ministry to deceive Zongo people to vote for them. Mr. Horoya Ali pointed out that the Ministry was only created without an objective and focus hence no meaningful impact made by the Ministry for the past four years.
