The average woman along the gs makes 89 cents for every dollar earned by the average man and this gender gap can even be seen in the pay for staff working in the white house, which only pays women 87 , cents on every dollar owner earned by a man. The fact is women are smart. Women know what is best for them and their family. Many women want work balance in their life. They seek out careers that provide them opportunities. We should look at other ways we can help women besides this litigation piece. For example the working families stability act 2013 bill that would give flexibility for women to use their personal time in liue of overtime pay.
