Republica del Cacao launches in UK for professional chefs and chocolatiers

UK cocoa distributor Henley Bridge has claimed its new premium chocolate launch will have the industry in ‘meltdown’.
Republica del Cacao, “
one of the most exciting high-end cacao product ranges to come out of South America​” is about to hit British shores this week with a range of ultra-premium fine cacao chocolate, made in Ecuador
The range, which includes six single origin and one blended chocolate, all of which are 100% traceable and sustainable, will be available exclusively from the Henley Bridge website​.
