Martin, what do we know? reporter: well, we have some positive news coming directly to us now in the form of information from the county sheriff s department. They coresponded to this event taking place at mt. Tabor high school on the northwest side of the city. They report that one student has been wounded and that police and the sheriff s deputies are now actively searching for a suspect. They say that all the other students are safe. Now, that school continues to be in lockdown and authorities both from the city and from the county sheriff s department are methodically going through the buildings of this campus. It s about 1,600 students, grades 9 through 12. The initial report came in around noon according to local news reports. They say there was a resource officer who called in the shooting.
