Updated: 5:55 PM EDT Jul 28, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff WLWT Digital Staff The body of a missing southeast Indiana man who disappeared during snowy conditions in February was located on Tuesday, according to the Dearborn County Sheriff s Office.On Tuesday at around 5 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 28460 Trackville Road in St. Leon after a construction crew found a human skull on a property.When deputies arrived at the scene, they confirmed the skull was a human skull. A little while later, the rest of the body s remains were located in a tree.The Dearborn County Coroner’s Office and a crime scene technician from the Indiana State Police responded to the scene. The body was taken to the morgue in Hamilton County, Ohio.On Wednesday, an autopsy was performed on the body. According to the sheriff s office, the body was identified as John Werner, 44, of St. Leon, Indiana.Werner was reported missing on Feb. 15 and was last seen on Feb. 12 at hi ....
