Melrose Scouts earn Pandemic Perseverance Award

Melrose Scouts BSA Troops 635 (Boy & Girl) of the Incarnation Parish Church maintained a high level of activity over the past 18 months, all while dealing with COVID pandemic conditions and restrictions. When the pandemic hit a year ago Troop meetings and activities were thrust into the world of virtual online meetings.
Scouts and Troop Leaders adapted quickly and made the best of the situation to keep Scouts involved and active as much as possible. Just as the rest of the world was learning to use a new tool called Zoom so too were the Scouts and their leaders. ....
