Part of the human condition is to engage in feelings of stress, regret, anxiety, fear the list goes on. We time travel to the past to be reminded of negative experiences and regrets about what we should (or shouldn’t) have done. Then we’ll move on to that unknown land of the future and engage in some Grade A anxiety. It causes our thoughts to race with fear and worry.
