As follows. The board requests that you turn off or silence all phones and Electronic Devices so they will not disturb the proceedings. Appellants, permit holders and Department Respondents are given 7 minutes to present the case and 3 minutes for rebuttal. People affiliated with the parties must include the comments within the 7 or 3 minute periods. Members of public who are not affiliated have up to 3 minutes to address the board and no eare buttal. Time may be limited to 2 minutes if the agenda is long or if there are a large number of speakers. The rehearing requests the parties are given three minutes each with no eare buttal.
