People who are frontline workers in a very difficult situation, are very low paid, are mostly people of color. I used to call them and i still consider them the heart and soul of opeiu. These are people, a lot of them who have formerly been homeless and worked themselves up. And then read the paper and see what was in msc south, which was horrible and disgusting.
