The fulljudicial review hearing will take place in the high court on 13th of march and worboys will stay in prison until then. Last month the parole board was criticised when it announced he would be freed after less than ten years in prison. Police believe he may have carried out more than 100 rapes and sexual assaults. Our Home Affairs Correspondent Daniel Sandford reports.
