According to the Lebanese national agency NNA, Interpol has issued an arrest warrant for Russian citizens Igor Grechushkin and Boris Prokoshev as the involved in an explosion in the port of Beirut. A dry cargo ship Rhosus belonged to Grechushkin. The ship was used to transport ammonium nitrate from Batumi to Mozambique. The vessel made an unscheduled stop in Lebanon due to technical problems, but after an inspection, the port authorities prohibited it from returning to sea. As a result, Grechushkin went bankrupt and actually left their crew alone: Russian and Ukrainian sailors had to stay in Beirut for about a year, they were not paid a salary and were not given food. The captain of Rhosus was Prokoshev. ....
