A White nationalist movement that fueled a new rise for Europe s far-right continues to gain momentum around the world and is helping to lure in and radicalize new recruits, according to terrorism experts. The French Government dissolved the world s first major Identitarian group in February, but not before its underlying ideology spread to at least 16 countries, including the United States.

Pentagon report reveals growth of fascistic networks within US military
On Thursday, California Democratic Representative Peter Aguilar announced that he would be introducing legislation based on the findings of an October 2020 Pentagon report that lists seven recommendations aimed at curbing the growth of far-right “domestic extremists” within the US military.
“This report confirms that white supremacist extremists are attempting to use our military to acquire training, new recruits and validity for their hateful and violent causes,” Aguilar said in a press release dated February 18. Aguilar is the vice chair of the House Democratic Caucus and he sits on the subcommittees for Defense and Homeland Security. ....

Patrick Casey, an alleged leader of the white supremacist group Groyper, has been banned from TikTok.
Casey, who was also a figure in the alt-right Identity Evropa (also known as American Identity) movement, used the handle @patrickcaseyusa on the video-sharing app. Trying to go to the URL for Casey s account leads to a blank page, noting that TikTok couldn t find this account.
Other people on Twitter, such as Media Matter senior researcher Alex Kaplan and activist group Sleeping Giants shared the news that Casey had been booted from the app, on Thursday. Kaplan explained that Casey only posted there briefly last year, as Groypers were trying to join the app. ....
