A man rescued from a cave in the breacon beacons after more than two days underground is said to be in good spirits, despite multiple injuries. Around 300 people were involved in the operation to bring him out on a stretcher from what is one of the deepest cave systems in the uk. It took them more than 5a hours. Hywel griffith reports. A fourth person has died among the group of paddleboarders who got into difficulty on a river in pembrokeshire last week. Andrea powell had been in a Critical Condition in hospital.
