The Kano state government has directed Bichi Emirate council to suspend the ‘turbaning’ ceremony of Salisu Ado Bayero as a district head in the Emirate. This is contained in a letter addressed to the secretary of Bichi Emirate, signed by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry for Local Government, Ibrahim M.
