The identity of P.N. Eumudon, Esq, the lawyer used by the Delta State Government to impersonate the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation and federal Ministry of Justice, has been revealed. SaharaReporters obtained her identity on Saturday, after it was reported that the Attorney-General, Abubakar Malami, ordered the immediate dismissal of cyberstalking charges filed against human rights activist and Delta State Coordinator of Take-It-Back (TIB), Ighorhiohwunu Aghogho.
The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice (AGF) Abubakar Malami, has denied being responsible for the prosecution of the human rights activist and Delta State Coordinator of Take-It-Back (TIB), Ighorhiohwunu Aghogho. Malami also ordered immediate dismissal of cyberstalking charges filed against Aghogho by P. N Etumudon Esq.from the office of the Delta State Commissioner of Justice on grounds of abuse of court process.
Human rights activist and Delta “Take It Back” Coordinator, Ighorhiohwunu Aghogho, has raised the alarm over possible case of false criminal trial, impersonation of the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, in the charges of cyberstalking preferred against him.
Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court Warri has adjourned to November 24, 2022 for the conclusion of further cross examination of the 1st prosecuting witness of the Nigerian government, Joshua Omorere, in an ongoing trial of the Delta State Take-It-Back Coordinator, Ighorhiohwunu Aghogho.
The Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami has reacted to the petition written by the Delta State Take It Back Coordinator, Ighorhiohwunu Aghogho over charges of cyberstalking filed against him. The petition was reportedly orchestrated by the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Isaiah Bozimo Esq and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mrs Efe Jesin Odogwu respectively.
