The Anap Foundation COVID-19 Think Tank has raised the alarm over the new wave of COVID-19 infections, and called on both the federal and state governments to come up with smart crisis management plans to address the spread of the virus. In a statement jointly signed by its chairman and vice chairman, Atedo Peterside, and Abubakar Siddique Mohammed, respectively, the foundation warned against shutting down small businesses. It, however cautioned, “Our response must take into consideration Nigeria’s realities: recession, high unemployment and rising insecurity.” ....
