Oscar Salas En el Centro de Readaptación Social de Chignahuapan, fue denunciada la directora de este penal, debido a que ha estado dañando los derechos humanos de los internos, tal es el caso de Dysha Guadalupe Barajas Flores, a quien tienen esposada, desnuda y sin comer al interior de este CERESO. Dysha Guadalupe lleva cinco meses como interna, pero no había mencionado nada hasta que su hijo fue a visitarla y se dio cuenta de las condiciones en que la trataban, por lo que la madre de la interna, expresó a medios de comunicación estos hechos violatorios a los derechos humanos y más a una mujer. ....
