well, almost like they talk tos each other about what s coming. but if you kind of stolen my thunder and so is professor turley. i mean i gotfe. this heardha this notion that there was a leaked draft opinion and i mtt wayly care which the opinion went. i thought to myself i can t use all the words that came upp in first. but i ll just tell you this is an outrageous historic moment to have a leak out of the supreme court, a trial balloon a or a warning shot, whatever you want to characterize it as . and i have two things t that lep to mind. one is what is one of the associate justices was involved in the leak. i mean, that magnifies an already historic, horrific moment into somethingc beyond belief and maybe as a as a possible way of deflecting from that concept. deflecting that. this supreme court needs to speak as one tonight or tomorrow morning and issue a statement that condemns the living out of what just happened. i don t care change. i take your point. p i want all of you to chim
