POTTERVILLE - A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the city and a manufactured housing community filed by former and current residents who alleged they were exposed to water contaminated by fecal bacteria as well as contaminated air when they lived there. All 19 of the people who filed the lawsuit have reached a settlement with the city and the housing community Independence Commons. All but three people who sued have since moved from Independence Commons.
