The national capital experienced a thin layer of fog on a Saturday morning with a temperature of 7 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The Met Office predicted light rain and thundershowers in the city on Sunday, accompanied by gusty winds. Visibility at Delhi s main weather stations at Safdarjung and Palam was reported at 1500 meters and 800 meters respectively at 8:30 am.
