Junior Lifeguards from New Zealand come to Surf City in July, while the Huntington Beach Junior Guards will follow suit and spend three weeks in New Zealand during summer down under in December.
The senior, who won the shot put and discus in Division 3 at the CIF-SS Finals last week, is using his experience to prepare differently this time for qualifying for the CIF State meet.
