Authors Against Book Bans hosted a Zoom discussion Thursday featuring participation by City Council members Dan Kalmick, Natalie Moser and Rhonda Bolton.
After the city opted to limit the types of flags flown outside City Hall, and librarians moved to follow new rules regarding access to certain children's books, two images of LGBTQ+ Pride flags were painted outside Huntington Beach Central Library along with the words "We Belong."
