When plans were unveiled recently for a new high-rise complex on the edge of downtown Dallas, details of the most unique building in the project were lost in the forest of new skyscrapers.
Hunt Realty Investments’ planned Northend development on Field Street is designed to include four towers ranging from 38 stories to 83 floors. But a seven-story office building along Field Street breaks new ground because it will be built with modern wood-timber construction.
