We moved to this area because we love that community. We have been residents there for the past 9 years. We have moved to that area that expand that large territory. This project is key to the development and continued expansion of what is going on in the southeast sector. This is a first class city that deserves first class communities and that deserves to be one. With all the other things going on in that neighborhood, we want to see this improvement, we want to see the opportunities. When the opportunities knock. We want those doors to open. Something about the smell of sewage, its a way of life. Its not just the toxic and negative smell. All of a sudden this filthy smell becomes a filthy attitude. There are i believe two including bay cat which is a locally grown organization there to help deal with the outreach components, but again the lbe program is citywide so brown and caldwell picked from the citywide program. Given the history that weve had over the years looking at the third street light rail, looking at even more recently developments happening now in bay view Hunters Point, i think it makes a lot of sense to do everything we can to ensure that we are going to have the most robust local Higher Program that will bring the neighborhood in itself. I want to make sure that you heard from me and im sure you will be hearing from the community as well that that maximizing of local hiring is going to happen and there is a real strong plan for that. Slightly lower than many of our design contracts get because of the specialty of the biosolids technology that exist worldwide. We set a goal of 10 percent. Brown and caldwell exceeded that by 35 percent. They are bringing men and women. 11 million of this contract was committed to lb firms. In addition to these firms brown and caldwell has men and women who have participated and graduated out of the lb programs. Their residents doesnt allow them to provide this anymore.
