Humble ISD announces next CFO as Seale preps for retirement FacebookTwitterEmail The Chief Financial Officer for Humble ISD, Robert “Mike” Seale, will be retiring on Jan. 29. Humble ISD has selected Billy Beattie as the new CFO who will work as an advisor, director of financial matters and oversee the district’s financial services office, according to a press release from the district. Beattie was previously the Director of Business Systems, Payroll, Benefits, and Risk Management for the district. He also serves as the board treasurer for the Humble High School Alumni Association. Before joining Humble ISD, Beattie was in the oil and gas industry with Gulf Interstate Engineering. Beattie grew up in Humble where he attended Pine Forest Elementary, Atascocita Middle School, and graduated from Humble High School. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and lives in Humble with his wife Ashley and son, Blake, who attends Fall Creek Elementary. ....
