18 RICHMOND, Va. (April 30, 2021) – Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Richmond held a virtual change of command ceremony where Cmdr. Charles R. Harmon relieved Cmdr. Kristopher D. Klaiber as commanding officer. Capt. Katrina L. Hill, commodore, Navy Recruiting Command Region East, served as the presiding officer for the ceremony, streamed live to civilian and military personnel via Facebook. When Klaiber assumed duties and the commanding officer and Harmon checked in as the Executive Officer XX months ago, things were completely different than they were now. They stepped into a command, Navy Recruiting District Richmond, which was having difficulty meeting their recruiting goals and one operating and structured a completely different way than it is now.
