“吃苦在前，享受在后”“喊破嗓子，不如做出样子”，这是惠州仲恺高新区外来工志愿服务队党支部书记、总队长李金海的座右铭，也是他一贯的工作作风。
1993年，李金海服役于驻惠某部队。退伍后，他选择留在惠州工作生活。至今的28年里，他坚持公益服务，以领头羊的角色汇聚了超4万颗爱心。日前，他获评“广东省优秀党务工作者”。面对这份荣誉，他说，肩上的责任更大了。
坚信“好人有好报”
刚做公益时，李金海热情的表现让家人朋友难以理解。当时每月700元工资，除去伙食费，他把余下的钱都拿去做公益。“一旦打定主意，前面哪怕是刀山火海，也要跨过去。”李金海说。
2007年，李金海的妻子在外来务工人员较集中的仲恺区开了间小店，他便有机会与更多异地务工人员接触，并萌发了组织他们一起参加公益活动的� ....
