Eagle Country 99.3 By Travis Thayer Photo by Erlanger Police. (Erlanger, Ky.) – Not one, but two Erlanger police cruisers were damaged by impaired drivers over the weekend. Both cruisers were damaged during a traffic stop on Interstate 75 on Sunday around 3:48 a.m. One of the cruisers was transporting two subjects off the highway due to neither of them being licensed to operate the stopped vehicle. A vehicle traveling northbound then struck the rear of the cruiser. The passengers of the cruiser reported injuries and were treated at the scene but refused to be transported to an area hospital. The officer suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at a local medical facility. ....
