A woman in her 30s has died from a stroke after the Oxford/AstraZeneca Covid vaccination caused a blood clot to form in an artery in her brain. 
The patient, a 35-year-old Asian woman, went to hospital six days after her vaccine appointment, and died two weeks after being admitted following “extensive hemorrhaging”. 
A team of doctors from University College London report on this case, and two others where a 37-year-old white female and a 43-year-old Asian male also suffered strokes, but survived, in an article published in the BMJ. ....

Covid: Doctors urged to be vigilant after three AstraZeneca jab patients suffer stroke

Three young people have suffered strokes and one has died soon after receiving the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine, prompting a call for doctors to be vigilant.
Two women in their 30s and a man in his 40s suffered clots in their large arteries, leading to ischaemic stroke, but experts have stressed the chances were still extremely small.
A team of experts from the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at University College London (UCL) Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and other medical organisations said the NHS must look out for patients with ischaemic stroke within about one month of vaccination. ....
