全国碳交易开市：首日成交2.1亿元，扣响万亿赛道发令枪

除了交易价格，大众对全国碳市场的具体运作模式也颇为好奇。
在市场主体方面，本次全国碳市场上线依然采取了循序渐进的方式，首批纳入2000多家电力行业的重点控排企业，约占全国碳排放总量的40%，个人和机构暂时不参与市场交易。
也就是说，目前的全国碳市场主要是这2000多家电力企业互相买卖，生态环境主管部门确定碳排放总量，然后将碳排放配额分配给各个企业，配额分配的基础是经过相关部门核查后的碳排放相关数据。
这些企业的首个履约周期截至2021年12月31日，配额有富余的企业可以在碳交易市场中出售获得收益，配额短缺的企业则需要付出真金白银购买配额来完成履约，运用无形的手推动企业节能减排，绿色发展。

经全天4个小时实时交易，成交量410万吨、成交金额21023万元，收盘价51.23元/吨，单日涨幅6.73%。
7月16日，万众瞩目的全国碳交易正式开市，这是全球规模最大的碳市场，首日的火爆程度透过上述数据便可窥见一二。对于成交价格，有专家认为，随着节能减排的边际成本提高，碳价长远来看还将呈上行趋势。
