綠營指縣市分家濫賣祖產盼大新竹合併解決陳年舊窠 - 政治

推動大新竹合併升格，民進黨與綠黨新竹市議員今天乘勝追擊，在「警光一村」宿舍前，宣講「濫賣祖產、市民好慘、終結縣市分家」，指出當年縣市分家時，很多竹市精華土地被劃為縣有地，縣府為解決財政問題，賣竹市土地變現金救財政，就是因縣市分家、事權未統一導致的後遺症，只有竹竹合併升格，才能解決陳年舊窠。現場聚集不少民眾，痛陳新竹縣府罔顧居住權，拒絕溝通與安置，就逕自將新竹市轄內的縣有地公告標售或都市更新招商，導致他們住了多50多年的房子，被迫要限期搬遷，強調如果竹竹合併升格、事權統一，就能終止新竹縣粗暴的土地處分手段。 ....
