The Bangladeshi film industry is witnessing a new wave of resurgence and popularity as a handful of cinemas were houseful this year. A total of 50 films have released in 2022.
The fourth instalment of the Bangladesh Film Festival, which will take place at Kolkata, will begin on October 29. The five-day long festival will screen recently released Bangladeshi films.

The first look of Puja Chery starrer “Hridita” was unveiled yesterday. The Ispahani Arif Jahan directorial film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Anisul Hoque. The movie will be released in theatres, on October 7.
