Affordable housing project in Tecumseh gets a $25M loan from Ottawa
The Federal Government is investing a $25M loan towards the development of a 99 rental unit affordable housing project to be complete by 2022.

What remains of the former Sarnia General Hospital lands are for sale.
GFive Inc – a group of five businessmen who purchased the property at Mitton and George streets from the city in 2017 and levelled the long-vacant former target for break-ins and occasional military training – listed 1.3 hectares at 320 George St. for sale earlier this week, real estate agent Bob Drizis said.

The asking price is $3.5 million.
There have been no offers yet but “huge interest,” the Taylorwood Realty Advisors broker said Wednesday.
“I’m distributing a bunch of information people are asking for in terms of followup, in terms of environmental, all the rest of it,” he said. “Lots of interest.”
