Our services, we really augment our services. I know she said 3 things, we define it in 5 different ways. We focus on cleaning the neighborhood, increases security, streetscape, marketing and branding of the neighborhood because its a relatively new neighborhood, and we support nonprofits in the neighborhood that are working to make it better through our Grant Program called the Community Benefit fund. So the next slide are our active committees. Were very fortunate, we have a 28 member board of directors. A lot of people say how do you manage that many people, its great they are all really committed to the neighborhood. So theres not a whole lot of that that goes on. We have 9 active committees, most of which meet monthly. The communities have both board member Board Members and members from the community, which is a requirement.

I wanted to just give you a sense of the services that we do. This is just a highlight of some of the numbers of thing that is we do. Let me just start by saying that our services are an augment station of city services. This is in addition to that. When you look at the sweep request and the steam cleaning request yes. Yes. Please specify the time period of these service requests. Is this within a year . This is in that 4 year period that she was talking about. But the sweep request and the extra steam clean request are extra from what we normally do. Every sidewalk in the neighborhood is steam cleaned once or twice a month, these are extra requests to that. Reporter that memorial is wrapping up right now as we speak, but family, friends and former coworkes are mo thomas gathered at the gallery behind me to be surrounded by mos work. And each piece has a very specific story. This one titled, grand slam features rose petals and dirt from his grandmothers garden. She raised him and his aunt says his sculpture was a tribute to her. Friends dedescribe mo as unique, and deeply creative and would gather objects objects and then weave them together to create new pieces. Sadly most of his work disappeared in the fire. At the galley people grieved because they lost mo and because the fire robbed the Bay Area Art Community of an artist with incredible potential. I think its an incredible loss simply in what could have been. He has a lot of really important, significant things to say about the art community. He touched everybody in some ways somehow. One gentleman this morning called him a fixture of oakland and that wraps it up. Reporter mo thomas s
