TWO men were arrested on Saturday night after being found trying to steal number plates in Caerwys. North Wales Police officers caught the men in a Flintshire field on Saturday night – with one in a rather compromising position. A spokesman for the North Wales Police Intercept team said: “Some friendly advice from our officers - although North Wales is closed at this time if you do find yourself here. our toilets are open! “Two males arrested last night after one being #caughtwithhispantsdown in a commercial yard in Caerwys. Unfortunately for him and his mate they were seen trying to unscrew number plates at the same time. ....
