　　近日，国家卫健委发出《关于加快推进社区医院建设的通知》，拟于年底前再推进建成500家左右社区医院，切实巩固提升县域医疗卫生服务能力和水平。
　　“小病在社区，大病到医院，康复回社区”，是分级诊疗制度建设的重要目标之一。多年来，我国医疗卫生服务有效供给总体不足，基层医疗服务能力相对薄弱。自2019年起，我国开展了社区医院建设试点，今年全面提速升级。社区医院建设主要是针对基层医疗卫生机构的短板和疫情防控暴露出的薄弱环节，着力补短板、强弱项、堵漏洞，统筹做好疫情防控和基本医疗卫生服务工作，从而提升基层医疗卫生服务能力，推动分级诊疗制度建设。
