Our system especially as we continue to take care of non-covid patients. taking care of such critically ill covid patients consistently is just very heavy, it is very hard. all of our staff are doing the best they can in picking up extra shifts and i think previously what the previous strains at the very beginning of this pandemic are worries were things like supplies, ventilators and our current worries are staffing. our health care workers and our physician and respiratory therapists and nurses, down to our co-workers and everybody is experiencing some form of burnout at this point and we have critical staffing shortages. so those are kind of the things that we re dealing with in the hospital space. right. help me if you clear up, i see this through the numbers and you get criticism and people say one of the areas that come up now is ....
