Developing right now, two people are dead and another is recovering after their car ended up in the Potomac River. Take a look at the massive search effort overnight to recover that car from the river. News 4 Darcy Spencer joins us live from the scene with more on what happened. Good morning, darcy. Reporter good morning. That recovery operation lasted well into the Early Morning hours. In fact, we were here at 3 15 this morning when that car was pulled from the Potomac River here by the tr bridge. My photographer was able to get that dramatic video as the car was lifted out of the river. This happened in the area of ohio drive next to the bridge not far from the kennedy center. A speeding car plunged into the potomac. One occupant was able to get free from the car, swim to shore. Two others were still to even locate the car last night, and thats when they found the tw

Senator ted cruz talking all through the night and into the morning all to delay a vote on health care and the budget. Live to the senate floor now, the chamber mostly empty now. Ted cruz more than 15 hours into his talkathon protest. He supports the plan up for a vote today. It would keep the government going all while defunding the socalled obama care. His marathon speech is not technically a filibuster but a way to get attention as he tries to delay the democratically led senate from voting and sending that measure back to the house. Cruz has every intention to talk until he can no longer stand. This is him in the last 20 minutes.
