Man arrested over siblings corpses found in abandoned car – Punch Newspapers

Punch Newspapers Sections Published 14 March 2021 Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have uncovered the decomposing bodies of two siblings found inside an abandoned car parked near the residence of the vehicle’s owner. The acting Police Public Relations Officer for the command, DSP Edafe Bright, in a statement on Saturday, identified the two corpses as one Kelvin Izakpa, 10, and Fega Izakpa, seven, both children of the late Meshach Izakpa. They reportedly lived with their mother before their disappearance. According to the police spokesman, the Abraka Police Station received a distress call around 3pm on Friday that two decomposing corpses of children were sighted in a Honda Rover car.

Acting Police Public Relations Officer of the State command, Mr. Bright Edafe who disclosed this in a statement, said the corpses were sighted in a Honda Rover car with reg no AG 815 BKW parked at the path way of the house of one Mr. Tayo ‘m’ age 35yrs. Saying that the vehicle happened to belong to the said Tayo, the statement said the Divisional Police Officer CSP Aliyu Shaba led police operatives to the scene immediately and vacuated the corpses.

Daily Post Nigeria Published The Police in Abraka Division in Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested a 35-year-old man, Eniku Aghogho Tayo, after the decomposing corpses of two children, Kelvin Izakpa, 10 and Fega Izakpa, 7, of the the same parents were found in a Honda Rover car with registration number: AG 815 BKW parked at the pathway of his (suspect’s) house. The Delta State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Odafe Bright, confirmed the arrest in a statement signed and sent to DAILY POST.
