Între 9 și 14 august s-a desfășurat în Capitală cea de-a 17-a ediție a Festivalului Bucharest Pride, organizat de asociația Accept, prima instituție civică din România care apără şi promovează drepturile LGBT.
Se pare că lumea nu mai are probleme. Că pandemia e o amintire şi că nicio criză economică nu-i mai urmează. Că o ducem bine şi sîntem fericiţi, toate problemele noastre au dispărut. Numai aşa pot înţelege preocuparea unor state (ori, cel puţin ale politicenilor care se află în fruntea lor) pentru apărarea drepturilor unei minorităţi sexuale, de parcă drepturile unor întregi majorităţi ar fi respectate întrutotul. Mă refer, aici, cel puţin la ”dreptul” de a deveni o groapă de gunoi a Europei, în care se exportă la propriu gunoi, fără să existe oprelişti la graniţele ţărilor Uniunii Europene, de unde acestea pleacă spre est (spre România, de pildă).
