Battle ground state, pennsylvania, 20 Electoral College votes, a state that the president flipped in 2016. Mail in ballots were counted particularly from philadelphia. He is building 97 reporting biden leading by 13,000 votes. In georgia, it bears repeating, a state thats not selected a democratic president since 1992, biden took the lead overnight. The margin is razor thin. Georgia secretary of state said there will be a recount. Biden ahead by less than 2000 votes.
