Business network. jenna: thanks, jon. best way to think about that, nationally home prices are where they were back in 2003, so nationally that s where we re at, but depending on what region we re in, we could be in a different picture. the s&p home price index gives us a gauge about where home prices are national ri. remember, we want to continue to see home prices go up because for the last three years they ve fallen, and we continue to see that although the declines are less bad than a year ago. we re looking at some of the top cities for home price decline, places where prices are moving in the wrong direction. the usual suspects, las vegas, tampa and detroit still seeing double-digit declines, but we are seeing some areas where there s improvement, where home prices are actually turning around. and some of these areas might actually surprise you, they include san francisco, dallas and san diego. so we re not seeing double digit improvement, but prices are going up a little bit. ....
