The search is underway for this man, joel carchola. He slipped out of a cruiser while handcuffed. It started when joel carchola and a friend crashed their car into a free near fifth street court near bradenton and then took off. Deputies spotted the men a block away and learned joel carchola was wanted for violating his probation on a drug charge. Put him in the squad car but as they questioned his friend, investigators believe he somehow rolled down the window and climbed out. The escape has many people nervous.
