Party, the one that elected the worlds most infamous Internet Bully as commander in chief. And now theyre atop the smoldering heap of the once grand old party. And Marjorie Taylor greene, just one day after being voted to kick her off of two committees, she had a Press Conference with no contrition. Instead, she said she had been freed. So if i was on the committee, i would be wasting my time. Because my conservative values wouldnt be heard, and neither would my districts. It would be a waste of my time. She says now with no committee business, she has plenty of time on her hands. Which would seem to be the opposite of why her constituents voted for her. But she said hes only in it for the trolling anyway. Which prompted Adam Kinzinger to note, this is why i voted yes. She just has a huge desire to be famous. And shes right. Kinsinger is just one of 11 house members who voted to strip greene of her assignments, and also to impeach the animated troll doll who was in the white house. And
Really interesting to see the Vice President cast that vote before dawn. Well, certainly she leaves the u. S. Senate and she has to be back in that chair to break the tie. This isnt the first time youll see her breaking ties in an effort to try and pass the president s covid relief package. Look, this was a major moment on the senate floor, and they started this entire process yesterday at 2 30 in the afternoon. Then they had 15 hours of what is known up here as a voterama. Its a lot tougher because members are voting every 10 or 15 minutes on different amendments that folks are bringing to the floor. Its really an effort by the Minority Party to try to put the majority in tough spots by having to take very hard votes they can then later use on the campaign trail. And that works both ways. Both parties using this process to their advantage. But heres why it all matters. This unlocks joe bidens ability to pass a covid relief bill with just democratic votes. What youll see in the next co
Former Vice President mike pence will join the organization as a distinguished Visiting Fellow Pt what exactly is that job . What exactly is he going to do there . Its kind of beside the point. But heritage is very excited to have him. Working together with the former Vice President , heritage will continue to support and defend our Policy Accomplishments while also fighting back against a socialist agenda pushed by those on the left. Thats what mike pence is going to be doing. Hes going to be fighting socialists. Full timish. On a visiting basis. Congratulations, mr. Pence. Heres an unexpectedly awkward thing, though. The Heritage Foundation in this announcement today repeatedly describes their new hire as the former Vice President and, indeed, mr. Pence yesterday unveiled new letterhead proclaiming that he has opened an office now which he is calling the office of the former Vice President. The reason that is surprisingly awkward right now is that no matter what he does with his post

The reason that is surprisingly awkward right now is that no matter what he does with his postwhite house life, it is going to be hard for former Vice President to mike pence to assert that he ever served in the administration of former President Donald Trump because apparently were not supposed to admit there is such a thing as former President Donald
Endorsed and repeated. 11 republicans chose to cross the aisle to join the democrats. Here they are in Ejecting Greene from those committees which essentially sends her into a kind of legislative exile. In remarks on the house floor this afternoon, greene apologized for none of it. She expressed regret for her comments and said she, quote, stumbled into qanon after doubting media reports. The problem with that is, though, i was allowed to believe things that werent true. You see, School Shootings are absolutely real, 9 11 absolutely happened. I never once said any of the things that i am being accused of today during my campaign, i never said any of these things since i have been elected for congress. These were words of the past. Shall we stay divided like this . Will we allow the media that is just as guilty as qanon of presenting truth and lies to divide us . Here for the record the briefest reminder of some of greenes Greatest Hits that led to todays vote. Any americans are like bl
